  Absolutely! We direct deposit payments monthly on the 10th.

• Do I get to see the lease?

  We will share the lease with you once it is signed by your tenants. You will also have access through your owner portal!

• Do you sell real estate too?

  Yes! We have great Real Estate Agents that will help you through the home-buying or selling process!

• How is rent collection handled?

  We collect rent payments from your tenants via our online portal.

• How soon can you start managing my property?

  We can start managing your property TODAY!

• What type of reports do I get and how often?

  You will receive a monthly owner statement. We will be glad to send you any other reports you may need throughout the month!
